Unlike scheduled group tours, private tours allow you to: select your preferred photography scenes and locations, travel on your chosen dates, set your own pace and schedule, work with a dedicated photography guide, and receive personalized location scouting and logistics. All private tours include pre-production planning, on-ground coordination, licensed tour guides, photography mentorship, accommodation, meals, transportation, and all entry fees and permits.

Our B2B services include: full-service itinerary design and customization, pre-production location scouting and permits, dedicated on-ground logistics and coordination, multi-region tours with seamless domestic flights, specialized services (drone permits, model arrangements, celebrity security if needed), and flexible markup and commission structures. As your local partner, we handle all complexity—permits, transportation, accommodation, safety—while maintaining your brand standards. Yes, absolutely. We offer tiered pricing based on group size, tour duration, and season. Groups can reduce costs by choosing 4-star accommodation instead of 5-star, traveling during shoulder seasons (April-May or September-October), and combining multiple photography interests. Complete customization is our core service. You can: select individual scenes from our extensive gallery (100+ photography locations across Vietnam); add unlisted locations or off-the-beaten-path discoveries; adjust trip duration (7 days to 21+ days); combine multiple regions and seasons; request specific subjects (portraits, landscapes, street photography, cultural documentation, etc.); arrange specialized shoots (drone photography with permits, professional model coordination, celebrity photography); and plan flexible itineraries with buffer days. Our photography experts will guide you through seasonal considerations, lighting conditions, local logistics, and cost implications for each customization. Minimum tour duration is typically 7 days to ensure quality logistics and meaningful photography time. For media productions, commercial projects, or specialized requirements, we offer bespoke planning beyond standard packages.

Individual (non-B2B) bookings follow the same Terms & Conditions as our scheduled tours.

For B2B partners, our booking process is straightforward and transparent:
1. Submit your inquiry via our Private Tour Planning form with your preferred dates, scenes, and group size.
2. Receive a customized proposal within 48 hours, including a detailed itinerary, cost breakdown, and logistics plan.
3. Confirm your booking with a 5,000 USD deposit and sign our service agreement.
4. Second payment installment is due 180 days before tour departure.
5. Final payment is due 90 days before tour departure.

We accept bank transfers and international payment methods.

Cancellation policy for B2B private tours:
- Deposit is non-refundable but transferable to another trip.
- 89 to 60 days before departure: full refund of payments made (excluding deposit + $500 administrative fee).
- Less than 60 days before departure: no refund and no transfer.

We maintain our standards regardless of circumstances and will always do our best to offer alternative dates if you need to reschedule.
